Tieler Giles is a strategic communications and marketing leader who shapes strategy and storytelling to advance purpose-driven organizations. She currently serves as Managing Director of Marketing & Communications at Breakthrough Collaborative. She is also the author of How to Ditch the How-to: Embracing Grace in Place of Self-Improvement, which explores self-help culture through the lens of the gospel. A graduate of Florida A&M University and the University of Georgia, Tieler lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.

After a short stint in the banking industry and college ministry, I have spent the rest of my career in higher education. I now work with training and professional development for academic advisors and other student support professionals at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Throughout my career, I've encountered burnout, struggled to attend to and work within my limits, and found profound fulfillment, blessing, and joy at work. I've navigated the "placelessness" of being single within the church and in my fifth decade am starting to embrace where God has placed me as very good. When I'm not working or doing church things, I like coffee dates with friends, glamping, watching volleyball, reading, or heading to the farm to spend time with my family.

Micki Ann Harris is the Spiritual Formation Director at Pray Chattanooga in Tennessee and also serves with the Maclellan Foundation through prayer and formation. Leading retreats is one of her greatest vocational joys, and she spends much of her time creating spaces where men and women, ministry leaders, nonprofit and business leaders, and people from all walks of life can slow down, listen, and encounter God.

Loralei Bruce is an executive assistant in the wealth management industry, supporting a high-performing team of executives through calendar and travel management, professional certification tracking, hiring, and day-to-day operations. Her career has also included managing specialty coffee shops and working in medical offices. These experiences shaped her love of service, hospitality, and meaningful work.

Following a divorce in her twenties, Loralei has wrestled with questions of identity, calling, and what it means to build a full life outside the expected timelines of marriage and relationship. Today, she approaches both work and singleness with contentment and hope. She is passionate about helping women discover that their identity and worth are rooted in Christ—not in achievement, ambition, marriage, or relationships—and believes true joy and purpose flow from a heart at rest in Him.

Loralei is active in her church in downtown Denver and is an alumna of the Denver Institute for Faith & Work’s 5280 Fellowship. She lives and works in Englewood, Colorado.
