Mel Pipkin brings nearly a decade of experience spanning nonprofit and technology organizations, with a background in marketing, operations, events, and strategic growth. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations, she loves connecting people, creating meaningful experiences, and helping ideas come to life. At Faith Co-Op, she is passionate about equipping working professionals to see their daily work as a place to encounter God and serve others. Whether she's planning events, telling stories, or building systems behind the scenes, Mel is energized by bringing joy, excellence, and hospitality to everything she does.
Generational Leadership Expert & Keynote Speaker
Shawn Johnson believes God often does His best work through meaningful conversations. As a speaker, leadership consultant, and Generational Bridge Builder™, she equips women to build meaningful relationships across differences in age, experience, life stage and perspective through curiosity, understanding, and practical conversation skills. Known for her warm, engaging style, Shawn encourages women to replace assumptions with curiosity, ask thoughtful questions, and discover how conversations can become bridges that strengthen trust, deepen connection, and inspire growth. Participants will leave encouraged, equipped with practical tools, and inspired to cultivate relationships that flourish across every season of life.
Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Denver Institute for Faith & Work
Grace serves as our Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Denver Institute. Originally from Chapel Hill, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tar Heels!) before moving to Colorado for a professional and spiritual development fellows program. During that time, she joined Denver Institute part-time before coming on full-time staff in 2025. Grace's weekend updates typically include volleyball in the park, skiing anywhere there's snow, or pulling friends up fourteeners.
Advisory Board Director for Growth Companies and Start-ups
Dr. Marie-Ange Eyoum Tagne is a senior product executive with over twenty years of leadership experience at companies including Meta, Amazon, Yahoo, Roku, McAfee, and Intel. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, where she was a pioneer and the first Cameroonian woman to earn the degree. Today she leads a portfolio career that blends fractional product leadership, board advisory work, and speaking and writing on faith, purpose, and leadership. She is the author of the award-winning memoir "For Such a Time as This: From Humble Roots in Africa to Silicon Valley Leadership" and the children's picture book "The Girl Who Dreamed Beyond the Ocean".
Marie-Ange also created the PURPOSE™ leadership framework, which she teaches to audiences around the world, and she serves on advisory boards for Bay Area Center for Faith Tech and Work, Faithful Ventures, and Seven International University. She is married to her wonderful husband Marc, and together they are raising two young children. Marie-Ange is deeply passionate about faith and work integration, and believes in walking out one's calling with faith and courage, in every season and every room.
