Communal Problem Solving

The Workshop is a network for faith-integrated leaders who own, build, or run their businesses. It’s a quarterly breakfast designed to help them connect with peers, learn from each other, and lead with Christ for the sake of their ventures, employees, and stakeholders.

Our next breakfast will be February 13 at the Denver Institute office (Tech Center). For this Q1 gathering, we are diving into the "mastermind group" concept—a collaborative problem-solving format where entrepreneurs provide one another with high-level support, accountability, and brainstorming. We’ll talk about the Kingdom value of discerning wisdom through a community, explain the mastermind tool, and practice it on your real business cases so you can take it back into your teams or peer groups.

Our gathering will be a practical, "workshop-style" session where you will experience this format firsthand. We’d like  you to come prepared with one concrete business challenge or opportunity you’re currently facing to share in a small group of 2–3 other leaders. In a focused, 10-minute mastermind rotation, your peers will offer clarifying questions, feedback, and insights to help you move forward. By bringing together diverse perspectives under a shared commitment to redemptive leadership, these sessions can help leaders break through issues that get stuck, move beyond leadership isolation, and find the wisdom needed to build flourishing ventures.
