What is "redemptive" about business building?

The Workshop is a network for faith-integrated leaders who own, build, or run their businesses. It’s a quarterly breakfast designed to help them connect with peers, learn from each other, and lead with Christ for the sake of their ventures, employees, and stakeholders.  

Our next breakfast will be August 15 at the Denver Institute office (Tech Center). Our Q3 gathering, we’ll focus primarily on peer dialogue aimed at surfacing the brokenness and redemptive possibilities connected to our venture building. This style of conversational learning draws from the Praxis framework for Redemptive Entrepreneurship, examining issues around the strategy, operations, and leadership of our companies. We won’t just camp on the challenges, but we won’t overlook them for cheap platitudes around what it means to be “Christian” or “redemptive.”
