Culture Makers: Building a Better Workplace or Team

Have you ever wished you had more capacity to shape your workplace but felt you lacked the resources or influence to do so? You’re not alone. In a recent study, Gallup found that only 21% of workers across the globe felt actively engaged in contributing to their workplace culture.

As Christians, we are called to serve as salt and light in all areas of our life and work, but knowing how to do that in a professional setting can be confusing. What does this work look like on a daily basis, especially for those of us who do not hold top-tier positions of influence within our organizations?  What does it look like to “lead up” from the middle of an organization?

We will explore these questions together at our next Colorado Conversations gathering: “Culture Makers: Building a Better Workplace or Team.” We will be hearing from Jenn Hamel, CEO of The Way Forth Collective, and Chandler Douglas, Senior Manager of Instructional Design at HealthHIV. Join us to broaden your network and learn alongside fellow Christians.

What: Colorado Conversations – a highly-relational gathering focused on local issues and practical themes integrating our faith and work.

When: Tuesday, August 23rd, 7:00 am – 8:30 am

Where: The Summit Church (3300 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80205)

Details: Your $15 ticket includes coffee and a light breakfast.

Bring a friend for a great time of discussion and networking!
