Colorado Conversations: “Culture Makers: Building a Better Workplace or Team”

Have you ever wished you had more capacity to shape your workplace but felt you lacked the resources or influence to do so? You're not alone. In a recent study, Gallup found that only 21% of workers across the globe felt actively engaged in contributing to their workplace culture.

As Christians, we are called to serve as salt and light in all areas of our life and work, but knowing how to do that in a professional setting can be confusing. What does this work look like on a daily basis, especially for those of us who do not hold top-tier positions of influence within our organizations?  What does it look like to “lead up” from the middle of an organization?
