How do I address conflict with my co-workers?

What does it look like to have a healthy disagreement over Zoom?

Work looks a little different these days. Whether you work from home, the office, or the job site, conflict is a natural part of our work. As Christians, how should we engage workplace conflicts with grace and truth? How can we strengthen company culture and relationships across physical distances and digital platforms?

Join DIFW Vice President of Advancement Jeff Hoffmeyer and Kimra Perkins, general manager for Denver Shopping Center, for “Blessed Are the Peacemakers: How to Handle Conflict at Work,” an interactive gathering focusing on the practical issues you face at work. We will gather over the lunch hour on Thursday, April 7th at Nurture Denver located at 2949 Federal Blvd, Denver, CO 80211.
