Patricia Raybon

Patricia Raybon is an award-winning author and essayist, as well as a former Professor Emerita of the School of Journalism at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Patricia’s essays, articles, novels, and non-fiction works thoughtfully examine the intersections of faith and race. Her essays have appeared in prominent publications such as the New York Times, Newsweek, USA Today, Our Daily Bread, Christianity Today, and others. She has also penned several prize-winning articles, receiving first-place recognition from the Society of Professional Journalists (Sigma Delta Chi), National Press Women, Colorado Association of Black Journalists, among others. Patricia was recently named to the Colorado Authors Hall of Fame.
