Ross Chapman
CEO
Ross Chapman was named CEO of Denver Institute for Faith & Work in August 2022. Before working at Denver Institute he served as the President and Executive Director at For Evansville, a movement of people who are actively working toward the good of the Greater Evansville region. Ross has earned his doctorate of ministry in faith, work, economics and vocation at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Brian Gray
VP of Formation & Director of the 5280 Fellowship
Brian is the VP of Formation here at DIFW and also leads our 5280 Fellowship program. Prior to landing at DIFW, he served in pastoral ministry for thirteen years and at Denver Seminary for four years. His vocation includes moving ideas out into life through relationships and conversation – whether that applies to God, work, the Church, good beer, or Liverpool Football Club. He married way out of his league, and spends most of his free-time being parented by his two daughters.
Jeff Hoffmeyer
VP of Advancement
Jeff Hoffmeyer is VP of Advancement at Denver Institute for Faith and Work. He is an ordained Presbyterian pastor, and holds a Ph.D. in theology, having written his dissertation on the doctrine of atonement. He lives in Boulder, Colorado, with his wife and two children, and loves all things true, good, and beautiful, including fly fishing, Wendell Berry, craft cocktails, and the Denver Broncos.
Abby Worland
VP of Operations & Finance
Abby serves as the VP of Operations & Finance where she spends her energy making sure things run smoothly and effectively. Before coming to Denver Institute, she spent more than a decade working in public education in Mississippi and Colorado as a teacher, administrator, and human resources leader. Abby is an alum of the 5280 Fellowship, and she is passionate about the Denver restaurant scene–ask her for recommendations.
Joanna Meyer
Director of Public Engagement Founder of Women, Work, & Calling
Joanna serves as Denver Institute’s Director of Public Engagement, hosts the Faith & Work Podcast, and founded Women, Work, & Calling, a national initiative that disciples women for godly influence in public life. Prior to coming to the Institute, Joanna worked in global telecom, nonprofit consulting, and campus ministry with Cru. She served as associate faculty at Denver Seminary and as a sewing instructor at Fancy Tiger Crafts. A third-generation Coloradan, Joanna appreciates both the state’s innovative culture and its cowboy roots. She has an MA in Social Entrepreneurship from Bakke Graduate University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She also completed a certificate of Women in Leadership through Cornell University. She is the author of Women, Work, & Calling: Step Into Your Place in God's World (IVP, Fall 2023) and is a contributor to the multi-author book, Women & Work: Bearing God’s Image and Joining in His Mission through our Work (B&H Publishing, Spring 2023).
Catherine Sandgren
Marketing & Events Coordinator
Catherine serves as Denver Institute’s marketing and events coordinator. Prior to joining DIFW, Catherine worked in nonprofit ministry, editorial, event planning, and media production, and served as an events intern with Denver Institute for two years. She graduated from Colorado Christian University with a bachelor of arts in global studies and a minor in mass media. Catherine enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures; of the places she has been, Italy, China, and Scotland are among her favorites.
Pamela Ramon
Development & 5280 Fellowship Coordinator
Pamela Ramon serves as the development and 5280 Fellowship coordinator. Prior to joining DIFW, Pamela served as a project manager and marketing coordinator, as well as a high school math teacher. She and her husband, Gabriel, live in Thornton. When they’re not traveling internationally, you can find Pamela and Gabe hiking, fly fishing, and reading.
Cliff Johnson
Publishing Manager
Cliff serves as Denver Institute’s publishing manager. Prior to coming to DIFW, Cliff had a career in publishing working for Tyndale House Publishers as group vice president for new market development developing unique product formats for Bibles and children’s books in multiple distribution channels. He also worked for Christianity Today as global publishing director and as a publishing consultant to the Kern Family Foundation and some of its grantees. Cliff holds a B.A. in economics from Wheaton College and completed Yale University’s executive publishing course. Cliff lives with his wife, Phebe, in Parker, Colo.
Lisa Slayton
Director of CityGate
Lisa Slayton is Founding Partner and CEO of Tamim Partners, LLC, an advising agency dedicated to guiding leaders and their teams in their mission to serve their communities for the common good. Lisa is a Board Director for Made to Flourish, and Leadership Foundations, serving in an additional capacity as a Senior Innovation Fellow for the CCIC. She is also a certified coach for Designing Your Life, serving others in their exploration of work and calling. Lisa attended Mount Holyoke College and Bakke Graduate University and holds an M.A. in Social and Civic Entrepreneurship.

Bob Larkin
Board Chair
Bob Larkin is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in Bank of America's Global Commercial Bank. He has been in Commercial Banking positions since January of 2006 and has played leadership roles at both Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase. He cares deeply about people and has expressed that passion through personal investments in low income housing and an early learning center. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Denver Chapter for the Association for Corporate Growth and is active in Denver's business community. He has a degree in finance from Florida State University and is an active member at Trinity Church Denver (CREC). In his free time, Bob enjoys time with his family in the mountains, golf, snowboarding and international travel. Bob and his wife Rene have three children and reside in Englewood, Colorado.
Jill Anschutz
Board Secretary
Convinced that “those who tell stories rule society” (Socrates), Jill logged 10 years of experience in influencing public opinion and perception through strategic communications. While serving as a principal at SE2, a Denver-based communications agency, Jill discovered the joy of integrating the Christian faith with her day-to-day work in the marketplace. In her current work as a freelance consultant, she now tells stories about Denverites bringing the gospel to bear in diverse industries.
Jill is a graduate of Taylor University, an alumna of the Impact Denver leadership program, a deacon at Fellowship Denver Church, and a Kentucky Colonel — an honorary commission given by the state of Kentucky to “individuals noted for their public service and their work for the advancement of Kentucky.”
Jeanne Oh Kim
Children's Hospital of Colorado
Jeanne Oh Kim (AKA Jeanne Oh, M.D.) is a mother of four amazing boys and has been given the job to raise Godly men. She is a pediatrician who loves to bring the healing ministry of Christ into her work at home and the office. She went into pediatrics because she loves children but is learning about the complexity of healing and the importance of co-laboring with the Trinity to bring the Kingdom reality into all aspects of life. Jeanne worked in private practice in Chicago before joining Advanced Pediatrics in Colorado in 2005. She retired from Advanced Pediatrics in 2019 and is now working for Children’s Hospital Colorado as a Locum Tenens pediatrician. She also feels a calling to redeem the greater family of God through international medical missions and recently served in Juarez, Mexico. She is married to her life partner, Jack Kim, founder of KORE (Kingdom Oriented Real Estate) Investments.
Marcy McGovern
Edward Jones
As a native of Denver, Marcy McGovern encompasses a deep seeded heart for the city of Denver and its people. Following two decades serving in nonprofit organizations in the Denver area, she now hangs her hat as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. Participating in events and gatherings with Denver Institute for Faith and Work for nearly 10 years, her passion for nonprofit organizations, faith in Jesus Christ and the intersection of faith and work fuels her energy and skills on the Board of Directors. Marcy has a BS from Colorado State University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. In her free time you will find Marcy skiing, biking, serving at Redeemer Community Church and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
Eric Most
National Christian Foundation Rocky Mountains
Eric Most is the President of the National Christian Foundation - Rocky Mountains Region, based in Denver Colorado. It’s Eric’s extreme joy to work with givers, business owners, leaders, and their families to encourage and facilitate God’s calling to be good stewards of all He has entrusted to them and help them live out their giving strategies. Eric is a past owner of Most Insurance, a premier property and casualty insurance agency headquartered in Tampa, FL. He also ran a successful real estate company within Keller Williams. Eric’s greatest longing is to do all to the glory of God, and he is genuinely passionate about mobilizing resources by inspiring biblical generosity.
